  I have had a rewarding career in the Financial Services Industry, specifically focused on Wealth Management. Through the years, I have learned that with all good challenges come opportunity, and I have experienced an abundance of both. My early years of learning about the industry and customer delight occurred in back office Operations. I later had an opportunity to take a position in Technology, leveraging my business knowledge to communicate and develop technical solutions for business partners. This was a great season of professional growth for me. As the line of business intranet website product manager, I owned the relationship with the business partner, managed the software development life cycle, managed all site enhancement projects and content development. I have had numerous roles as Service Delivery Manager and Business Support Manager within a Technology organization. Each of these roles were directly in support of various Technology Executives who managed organizations that developed and managed a certain group of systems/applications/platforms. In these roles, I was responsible for managing multiple critical functions and/or deliverables simultaneously, with frequently changing priorities. My areas of focus included, but were not limited to, resource management, finance/budget management, metrics and reporting, project portfolio management, risk management, and employee engagement/associate satisfaction. I have successfully performed in a matrix reporting structure consisting of a direct manager and secondary manager for specific deliverables. I spent many years in management but was most recently working as an Individual Contributor. My passion is people and relationships. As a manager, I invest in my people and enjoy helping them achieve their potential, while ensuring goals are met.
