- Provide initial assessments, of both operating and financial functions, including property management systems, revenue/yield management, hotel operating procedures (admin, HR, financial management systems/controls, staff training, p.r./marketing. Guest evaluation review with the purpose of providing "value-added" services, supplies, amenities in order to secure increased future ADR and revenue yields.

- Provide a follow on implementation recommendation schedule with "hands on" involvement either in a continuing consultancy role or as an "ad hoc" member of the property's management team.
- Additional services available on an individual needs basis include: Property loss mitigation, emergency/disaster preparedness procedures and training, intermediary services with online booking and marketing sites, special project management including, but not limited to: renovations, specific training exercises, community relations initiatives.
