- 20+ years of device and system development experience in microelectronics. I have managed hundreds of MEMS projects including sensors developments such as ultra-sensitive accelerometers, ultra-wide range pressure sensors, high-performance gyro fabrication, optical micro-mirrors, mechanical shutter fabrication for NASA JWST, chip-scale atomic clocks and Deep SiC and Fused-silica RIE process developments as well as many other applications in solid-state, biotech, optical and RF/microwave fields. My doctoral research was specifically on post-processing CMOS wafers for RF-MEMS. Previously I have designed GaAs mixer MMICs. I have been the technical lead in the discussions, understand the project objectives, perform a risk-mitigation assessment of the proposed approaches, and develop a development plan, and budget for the projects. Participated in several research programs funded by DARPA (MX, ASP, RFIMP, HERMIT, CSAC, NANOWRITER, NGIMG) and involved in proposal development for several governmental agencies.
