- WHO AM I? > I am an award-winning experiential architect and cultural strategist who works with international brands, bodies, and institutions to design bold engagement strategies and experiences. I founded Meredith Collective 15 years ago to deliver on the power of designed experiences for both clients and the public. As a founding member of the World Experience Organization, and a creative ambassador for the GREAT Britain campaign, I support brands and companies across the world to benefit from the thriving Experience Economy, and create productions that grow consumer base and customer loyalty. WHAT DO I DO? > By combining creativity with shrewd expertise, I ensure each project has purpose, and that it helps to drive the booming Experience Economy across luxury retail, hospitality, the built environment and the public realm. Supported by a Collective of experts and craftspeople, our work is proven to increase footfall, dwell time and engagement, and we are engaged by world-leading brands including Manolo Blahnik, Finlandia Vodka, Bang & Olufsen and The Macallan. Our productions use multisensory design to provoke emotional responses, and the London Evening Standard named me ‘the pop-up Queen of London’ following initiatives such as Nordic Yulefest and Avobar – the world’s first pop-up avocado restaurant. Our most recent productions include Solas at The Savoy in collaboration with Bowmore Whisky – the first activation to be held in Savoy Court – and The Macallan Manor House at Rosewood London. HOW DO I DO IT? > By collaborating with clients at every level, our collective work can have wide-ranging results, from placemaking and site regeneration, to increased awareness, engagement, and footfall. A combination of detailed analysis, methodology, and flair ensures true novelty is guaranteed for every project. We also create experiences that are both distinct to the individual visitor and beneficial to the wider community by working with the natural power of design. With sustainable management of our creative environment, we act to reduce our carbon footprint through circular project design and resource efficiency. Ultimately, we aim to capitalise on the growth of the Experience Economy and changes in consumer sentiment to deliver strategies and experiences that shape feeling.
