CoreLogic is the leading provider of property data and analytics. Developing and managing relationships with suppliers of real estate listing data in Australia and New Zealand, sourcing new suppliers to acquire data from, negotiating new contract agreements and renewals, including liaison with Legal Team, and supporting managing relationships with other data suppliers and being a conduit for technical discussions.
Responsible for leading Property Marketing for all offices, as well as Corporate Marketing for specific departments.
Property Marketing:
• Leadership and management of Property Marketing including strategy for product, pricing and packages, brand compliance and quality control, advice and recommendations, insights, analysis and reporting, training and education, and managing supplier relationships.
Corporate Marketing:
• Creating and executing corporate and brand marketing plans and initiatives including briefing, writing, approving and scheduling design and copy for social media and eDM content and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring strong brand presence across multiple platforms and channels for Property Management and Concierge.
Real estate sales operations and administration management for Residential Real Estate clients for domain.com.au, The Age Domain and News sections, and The Weekly Review magazines. 2IC to the Sales Operations Director. Responsible for a team of five Account Executives including managing day-to-day operations, coaching, performance and recruitment. Monthly board reporting, revenue reporting and analysis and team incentives. Preparation of detailed annual contract agreements, strategic planning input for various products and sales opportunities. Managing bookings, costings, incentives and products for Domain across all platforms. Additional responsibilities involving management and equity client shareholder reporting, analysis and administration as well as various project work and assisting trade marketing with new sales collateral.
Real estate sales operations support for Commercial and Residential Real Estate clients for The Age Domain, News and Business sections. Specific focus on Commercial Real Estate as the go-to person for all bookings, queries, positioning and offers in the BusinessDay section and Commercial classifieds in The Age. Preparation of detailed annual contract agreements, analysis and reporting, strategic planning input for various products and sales opportunities.
Working with both Melbourne and Sydney based clients including some large ASX-listed companies. Liaison with clients, program participants, Directors, facilitators and internal departments regarding program logistics. Detailed preparation of materials for customised executive education programs, coordinating venue requirements, organising printing and distribution of materials, follow-up of questionnaires, invoicing, budget control, assisting with client research and business development and as part of various project committees.
Worked as a team with two Account Managers, responsible for direct selling to property developers and builders. Preparing proposals with advertising solutions for the Domain section as well as other sections of The Age. Creating and preparing reports for management (revenue, team KPI’s, client incentives and property market overview). Strategic planning and implementation of various new sales opportunities for Domain, including ideas for new revenue producing features. Assisting with daily workload, system and procedure queries, quality control and problem-solving as well as booking display and classified advertisements in Domain, News, Business and various features.
