Cainlabs is a private company involved in individual projects around product developement, prototyping, coding, and marketing of new ideas.
Projects ranged from insurance tracking application, several Ecommerce sites, and a Facebook application, to prototyping in robotics and 3D printing.
For 3d printing expertise, has written several articles, including for 3dhubs.com, the largest international distributed web based supply chain for Additive Manufacturing. Was also a contributing author on "The 3D Printing Handbook: Technologies, design and applications." available at Amazon.

Cotdom is a corporation that was incorporated to handle a contract project for [], Inc., a leading provider of medical products to the US. As the Product Owner, I defined, developed and delivered a unique technology system for medical Supply Chain issues. I worked with a staff of 8 developers, 3 of which were Cotdom employees.
• Defined the product, designed and mocked, advised on the usability of the technology, identified customers and established the market, and introduced the product to the market. Traveled throughout the US to demonstrate and train on the product. Provided feedback on user experiences to finalize usability and acceptance of the product.

Director of Technology 2008-2010
Integrated Surgical Solutions offered web and mobile based technology to surgical facilities throughout the US. Barcode and RFID based inventory management, surgical log automation, surgical implant management, FDA notification, and patient outcomes documentation. Developed online ordering system for Advanced Medical Optics (AMO), a subsidiary of Abbott Laboratories. AMO purchased Suppleye.com in 2008.
• Invented web based application for tracking surgical events within a facility live, generating data for surgical logs, case costing, and inventory management, amongst other data.
• Managed projects, developers, designers, and support staff.
• Maintained communications with customers, including personal visits and interviews, documenting workflow and needs, for the purpose of translating into technological solutions.
• Developed marketing materials, presentations, and exhibitions.
• Received 100% on peer review and employee evaluation. Received all managerial bonuses at 100% for which I was eligible.
Lead and developed software for management of Intra-Ocular Lens inventory. IOLS are implanted in patients for cataract surgery. Subsequently upgraded the software to a full featured ASC surgical management system across disciplines beyond cataract surgery. AMO purchased Suppleye.com in 2008, which was shortly thereafter purchased by Abbott Laboratories.
• Raised capital for Suppleye.com. Managed investor relations and documentation.
• Negotiated agreements with Multinational firms, including Advanced Medical Optics, Alcon, and McKesson Medical.
• Developed sales initiative, designed and built the brand, and brought the product to the market.
• Developed staff for all aspects of the company, including financial, help desk, development, designers, system administration, etc.
• Invented bar-code based aspects of maintaining Surgical Log, FDA reporting, etc.
• Technology included Client Server, Web, and Mobile applications. The application was originally written in IBM Websphere, but was entirely rewritten in Microsoft .Net.
• Managed sale of the company, including negotiation, management, audits, customer transition, and employee representation.
