Pratik Raut’s Expertise I am a Senior Software Developer SoC Modeling at AMD, where I design and develop system-on-chip (SoC) virtual models for various AMD products, using C++. These models enable early software development and testing, and enhance the innovation and performance of AMD products and solutions. I have a strong background in computer architecture, operating systems, compilers, and embedded systems, which I acquired through my education and previous work experience. I hold a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University, where I learned advanced topics such as CPU microarchitecture, memory subsystem, branch prediction, LLVM API, and code generation. Before joining AMD, I was a Firmware Developer at Capgemini for three years, where I worked on various embedded software projects involving Linux OS, firmware, microcontrollers, RTOS, kernel internals, and device drivers. I am passionate about learning new technologies and solving complex problems in the domain of SoC virtual modeling. I value quality, efficiency, and reliability in my work, and I strive to deliver excellent results in every project I undertake. I am always eager to collaborate with and learn from my peers and mentors, and to share my knowledge and expertise with others. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the success of the company and its customers, and to the advancement of the field.
