Assigned role to lead enterprise wide operational excellence projects. My experience and performance results
were ideally suited to lead these projects.
• Sustainability project to utilize end of life tires to create raw materials for new tire production by
investing in a start up pyrolysis operation. Worked with product development and manufacturing
engineers to approve project for use and presented to executive management for approval.
• Operational Excellence project to reduce manufacturing complexity throughout the supply chain by
developing a method to quantify the cost of complexity in our manufacturing plants and then optimize
our supply chain to capture savings from reduced complexity.
