Work daily with Open Wells program to assist company men with the Daily Drilling Reports. Responsibilities include to keep accurate account of all expenditures for Drilling Operations. Track and account for all rental equipment along with working with vendor's to schedule maintenance and transportation of equipment. Work with vendor's to obtain rates, quotes and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Assist safety specialist with performing weekly drills including; H2S, fire and evacuation drills to accurately account for all personnel on drilling site. Coordinate permits with drilling crew to ensure work processes are conducted consistently with the expectations of the management systems in place.

Prepared and organize daily transportation for personnel, equipment , supplies from shorebase to offshore facilities for Drilling, completion, work over and construction projects. Coordinate all marine vessels for loadouts including chemical take on & tank cleaning. Expedite material and equipment. Conduct daily safety meetings with dock personnel. Send out daily shorebase cost and rental reports along with vessel postions.

Work deep water for BP, coordinate material and equipment to and from rig and marine vessels. Review and accurately account for POB. Assist in proficiency drills such as; fire drills, emergency etc. Coordinate equipment with dock to schedule pick up and deliverys. Haztec - work with Falck Crew constructing air tight hot work boxes with gas detection systems.

Work with project management team expediting material and equipment for scheduled land load outs. Coordinate with heliports and dock crew on material shipped to offshore locations. Track all rental equipment to and from land to offshore. Send out weekly rental and cost reports. Deliver and pick up personnel going and coming to and from offshore to heliports and docks around Louisiana and Texas.
