Office Manager and Bookkeeper for Electrical Parts & Supplies Retail Store. Manage and process all aspects of Accounts Payable, including Monthly Sales Tax reporting, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Payroll Tax reporting, maintain employment files, manage vacation calendar and Workers Compensation records. Prepare daily banking deposits, manage daily credit card settlements, and balance cash register; occasional counter sales, assist sales team with identifying customer prospects and process new customer credit applications, including requests for credit references to determine potential credit risk factors. Maintain office equipment supplies, break room and bathroom supply inventories and stock of cleaning supplies and paper goods.
