Role Summary: As a Program Manager at Story Louisville, I spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive program plans, ensuring seamless operations and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. - Partner with Program Director to devise comprehensive program plans, taking ownership of successful program execution
- Actively recruit companies through diverse channels, including online research, networking events, and network referrals
- Manage application, screening, and onboarding logistics, ensuring a smooth process for program participants
- Implement network events and activities supporting founders and alumni throughout and beyond program durations
- Coordinate logistics for program calendars, mentor schedules, investor meetups, and demo days, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed
-Cultivate relationships with entrepreneurial support organizations to bolster support for program participants
-Develop and track quality, operational execution, and customer success metrics to ensure program effectiveness
- Manage relationships and coordinate schedules for mentors, investors, and partners
- Assist in sourcing, hiring, and managing program staff, including associates
- Share innovative best practices with the Story team, contributing to continuous improvement
- Engage with founders, mentors, and investors to ensure the successful execution of programs
- Actively represent Story and Wild in the local community
- Collaborate closely with the Program Director to create and manage Story’s marketing strategy, with a focus on social media presence, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook profiles

Black Business Boxes aims to create a streamlined process for institutions and individuals both to show support and source products from Black-owned businesses.
As an Internal Wholesaler I work closely with an External Wholesaler to manage existing and create new relationships with representatives to increase revenue of Jackson products throughout a given territory. Duties as an internal wholesaler include:
- Making proactive sales calls with existing and perspective representatives to strengthen and foster new relationships and reveal new opportunities
- Working with an External Wholesaler to develop and execute a business plan to maximize sales in the territory
- Providing financial insight and product information to representatives so they can can effectively offer Jackson products to their clients
