Performed Senior Program Manager duties on numerous federal contracts worth more than 100M. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities/leading business development efforts to capture new work. Directed proposal writing efforts to include overall management approach, technical approach, cost, and project staffing. Responsible for top level oversight of task order project activities and communication/coordination between the task order project leaders/project teams, including front-end team organization. Provided methodology and general project approach concepts, interim and final project reviews, and overall management of cost, schedule, and performance of all projects/task orders.
