Review financial statements & income tax returns prepared by accountants
Prepare financial statements & income tax returns for various SME clients, including all indirect tax obligations (GST, FBT, payroll tax & stamp duty liabilities)
Attend to tax planning requirements for clients, including advice on tax reduction strategies &
forecasting of tax payments and PAYG instalments
Review & analyse potential acquisition targets for clients, including detailed business valuations & acquisition due diligence experience
Preparation of financial statements, taxation returns, BAS, cash flows and business valuations for all entity types (Individual, Partnerships, Trusts, Companies, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds)
Prepare financial plans and implement investment strategies to suit requirements - review clients superannuation and recommendations as necessary
Authorised Representative of Professional Investment Services from November 2005 to June 2011. I was authorised to give financial advice on investments, shares, superannuation, securities and managed investments.
Supervision and training of graduate accountants - review work and assess quality/progress
