I work with companies around the United States to optimize their current level of functionality. Working to identify deficits within a department and address them across processes. My skills include restructuring the existing framework of a practice, improving leadership and communication, and improving patient outcomes. I use evidence based practice and work to improve the ethical practice from which healthcare operates. Often times ensuring smooth collaboration between practices and departments i.e. the corporate and clinical side to achieve a specified goal. I have a proven track record on both the private and public side and have worked with various state and federal agencies on a consultant basis.
