• • Manage a staff of Processors/Underwriters including pipeline management and workload distribution • 5m Underwriting Authority level for Portfolio products • FHA CHUMS/VA LAPP SAR delegations intact; Experienced with FNMA/FHLMC, USDA, Commercial, Jumbo, Non Agency, Non QM, DSCR, Bank Stmts programs, Reverse, Equity, Construction products; • Retail and Wholesale experience; Investor Purchase liaison ensuring loans shipped are cleared for purchase • Manage Adverse Action and Second Level Review process ensuring compliance regulations are intact • Liaison to Compliance ensuring timely credit decisions and TRID regulations are met • Conduct team member production reviews confirming quality is consistent and KPI goals are met • Cultivated a healthy Operational relationship Partnering internal teams regarding product guidelines/loan structuring; • Credit Policy Review and Revision of guidelines(Internal and Agency); education and training delivered as changes occur
