I am currently working as a Bioinformatics Programmer II at Baylor College of Medicine, located in Houston, Texas, United States. I am also an employee of Baylor Genetics. In this role, my major responsibility is managing data and transferring data from one organization to other. I utilize my expertise in Python programming language, Dragen, Unix, FTP, Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), Network-Attached Storage (NAS), PostgreSQL, and Shell Scripting to process and analyze complex genomic data sets. My work at Baylor College of Medicine involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams of scientists and researchers to support ongoing research projects related to genetics, genomics, and proteomics.

I worked as a Research Associate at the National Institute of Animal Science in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, Korea. In this position, I conducted research on animal genomics and proteomics, utilizing various bioinformatics tools and techniques to analyze genomic data. I contributed to multiple research projects and published several research articles in renowned scientific journals. My work at the National Institute of Animal Science involved designing and implementing computational pipelines for data analysis, utilizing my expertise in genomics, proteomics, and bioinformatics.
