Work with pharmacy staff, nursing facility staff, and physician offices to ensure timely payment of online submission of claims by: 1. Initiating prior authorizations and communicating with physicians and nursing staff regarding prior authorization processes and therapeutic interchanges and obtain clinical information of patients. 2. Call insurance plan's in attempt to seek information on rejections and temporary coverage for patients while PA forms and therapy interchanges are in process. 3.
