H.C.I.C. which stands for Head Chicks In Charge is an organization that serves to create more women chiefs and industry leaders by providing necessary resources and experiences to promote success. The vision is to level the playing field of women business owners, CEO’s, authors, professionals and plethora of other leadership titles to their male counterparts. At H.C.I.C. we support and promote women taking control of their careers as well as a step towards increasing income through career advancement, entrepreneurship and network.

Responsible for providing an exceptional inflight experience by creating wow and elevating people, while having in-depth knowledge of products and company policies and procedures. As an Inflight team member my number one responsibility is performing safety related procedures in comply with FAA regulations; along with use of effective crew resource management with my team.

As a retail associate I provided exceptional customer service by maintaining awareness of sales promotions, and products. I assisted with inventory and cycle counts and achieved highest sales average in my department as well as top ten sales in the store.

Made accurate account for merchandising and inventory. Assisted with auditing and data entry using Microsoft Excel.

Input Data from call sheets using excel. Scheduled assignments for canvassing. Registered voters on college campuses as well as surrounding community and public institutions. Also assisted with planning of events: telephone canvassing, parties, community outreach, campaign speakers.

Trained students in various styles of dance. Developed Dance technique and ability. Choreographed routines and shows. Co-chaired planning of end the summer family day showcase.
