Timothy Spears's Expertise Today I work for Change Lanes Youth Support Services. This organization was my first job, and I am proud to be back in a leadership capacity. I have found working in non profits to be rewarding, and thankfully I still get to apply my skills as an artist to my current job. Working in this field I have learned takes creativity and innovation. I first attended Berklee College of Music, before switching to a psychology major and transferring to St. John's University. Today, I hold my Master's in Forensic Psychology from Arizona State University, and hope to obtain my PsyD. sometime during my life. I have held some very interesting positions, and am thankful to feel that I am just starting to get the hang of the whole career thing. Working at Change Lanes, I see a very bright future ahead. One where we have an opportunity to change not only lives within our Antelope Valley, but in the state of California, and ultimately the world. In today's age of connectivity, possiblities are truly endless, and I am priviledged to be able to wake up every day, and apply my mind to solving real problems in our community and shaping the future.
