Successfully collaborated cross team engine products in many releases of Milkyway and NDM database that are used by many place & route applications (floorplan, design planning, placement, router, optimization, timing, and 3D-IC) of Fusion Compiler, IC Compiler II and IC Compiler for the past 18 years. Successfully working side by side with R&D to handoff many dataModel conversion releases of Milkyway and NDM to Synopsys' galaxy tools (Fusion Compiler, Design Compiler, IC Compiler, IC Compiler II, PrimeTime, IC Validator and StarRC) Successfully collaborated between field engineers and BU to create many enhancements to meet customers requirements for Core Database to improve runtime performance and to reduce the database sizes. Also support full applications of Data In/Out (Verilog, LEF, DEF, Oasis, GDS) and Data Mismatch Management for dirty netlist. Generated many TCL scripts to help reducing the runtime performance for manipulate data management.

Automated the verification and regression tests Phillips’ internal testing tool - Integrator. Developed and maintained an internal defect tracking web site using HTML, Java, CGI/Perl scripts. Automated the software installation process using Perl and C-shell. Designed and updated test cases to complete consistent manual tests. Produced test scripts for new automated software testing rounds.
