A sales leader I worked with recognized my ability to connect with people, empathize with challenges organizations faced, visualize complex solutions, communicate technical information to all audiences, and noticed my passion for making healthcare easier and more accessible to providers, caregivers, staff, patients, clients and families. I am forever grateful as I take great pride in the people I have helped in my career. As I look back on my sales career, I am grateful for the Integrity Sales training I received which helped me understand that we are all in "sales". Whether I am trying to get my daughters to eat broccoli or pitching a location for a family vacation - I am trying to understand what their ideas are, what their expectations are and what their concerns are - while trying to show the value of the idea I have. Then, working together to create a WIN that works for us all. My daughters may not have eaten broccoli consistently, but we did find something green to include at meals - and we are all happy about it!
