These have been with UK and US-based multinational organisations with users in Europe, the Far East, Australia and the USA, often running multiple legacy platforms, including EFACS, SAP, MS Dynamics and Sage. Target systems include IFS Applications, Infor Cloud (SyteLine, Sun Accounts, EAM Asset Management), Openda QX. I produce technical, user, and training documentation as required. I have led project groups, training teams/departments, as well as sales and support functions. I have also written and provided IT training workshops and courses for groups from one to 20, including (on a voluntary basis) to the local community. Pre-1998, I was a Technical Trainer and Training Manager for more than 10 years. I have over 30 years IT experience, working for IT vendors and users (the latter part primarily involved in data migration and other technical aspects of ERP systems), and am used to dealing with people at all levels. I am a flexible self-starter and strong communicator, both written and oral. I am PRINCE II accredited (Foundation). I am currently available for full- or part-time contract work (eg 2-5 days a week), as well as ad-hoc data extraction and reporting on an hourly or per-job basis. I am based in South West Northamptonshire (within 5 miles of the M40) and am happy to travel up to 1.5 hours from home each day.
