-Drive global process standardization through regional coordination among all teams

-Effective, accurate and timely recording to and reconciliation of the Company’s capital stock activity in an appropriate system of record, including all stock, stock options, RSU grants, ESPP
-Liaison with Total Rewards Dir and VP of People Ops team as needed to develop new bonus programs and equity vehicles/vesting schedules to ensure employee retention
-Review and post all monthly payroll, equity and commission journal entries
-Ensure accurate financials for through in depth review flux analysis and reconciliations of pay ops accounts
-Oversee expat program, shadow payrolls and tax equalization for employee on assignment
-Collaborate with Sales Ops Dir to ensure proper commissions calculations expense recognition
-Develop, review and enforce policies as well as identify internal key SOX controls for pay operations
-Provide monthly metrics to report on overall health of the payroll, equity and commissions functions
-Serve as a point of escalation for all payroll processing/accounting, bonus compensation plans, commissions, and equity related issues
-Ensure stock/payroll tax compliance with Federal and multi-state laws
-Monitor & reconcile cap table (pre-IPO lockup)

-Process owner for SOX narratives for stock and payroll & assured 404 compliance
-Stock/payroll tax compliance with Federal & multi-state laws
-Prepare equity schedules used for annual Proxy reporting
-Year end items such as equity compensation statements such as 6039, 1099s, W2s and 1042s
-Manage the survey process of ESPP and Options exercised who meet the reporting criteria
-Assist VP of Finance with share analysis presentations to the Board
-Responsible for ISS preparation of schedules required as needed
-Prepare monthly metrics reports for identify resource requirements or process improvements
