Build relationships with a caseload of approximately 30 new, probationary teachers in San Jose Unified School District, with a focus on Spanish (dual immersion or World Language) teachers. Frequent observations and classroom visits with a lens trained in Research for Better Teaching and Analyzing Teaching for Students Results. Provide specific, meaningful, timely feedback to teachers to improve teaching practices that impact student outcomes. Write and communicate thorough evaluative reports and support plans of teachers based on student data for biannual evaluation rounds.

Taught both early-exit and two way/dual immersion (Spanish-English) elementary classes as well as mentored a new teacher, peer coached teachers who were going through performance reviews, and represented my school staff as a union rep.
