I work closely with market/region leadership on related to doing work that matters for our clients and associates. As a leader for an Employee Resource Group, I work directly with nearly 350+ members fostering diversity and inclusion, supporting their needs, and providing input on decisions that impact their employment experience. Building relationships externally with our local non-profits while connecting the dots to the ERG mission. Act as PM for internal/external ERG events this is includes: draft and socialize emails, marketing materials, media content, monitor and update/revise content, facilitate teleconference presentations, coordinate external speakers for events, ensure AP style documents, closed captioning presentation, and screen reader accessibility (JAWS). Through the Chairperson role I engaged nationally promoting a monthly series to encourage our associates to bring their whole-self to work; collaborating with our Enterprise Communication Team and key stakeholders across the globe.
