Some of key achievements: Leading a team of 178 seats of contact center professionals in Mumbai, Pune & Chennai. Built the Outbound Call Center operations for West managing a 20 lac leads annually which translates to 1.20 crore calls annually. End to end digital loans sourcing and processing that gained unprecedented relevance during the pandemic In the process of setting up a dedicated 60-seater call center in Pune, Chennai & Gurgaon to activate the non performing Business Sourcing Associates through the Call Center resulting in business of 5468 loan applications with a value of Rs 1029 crores for FY 20-21. Achieved annual business of around INR 1671 Crores from Call Center of locations I look after for Mortgage & BSA Relationship. Telesales team contributes 18% to overall business of HDFC Limited pan India. Instrumental in setting up a dedicated team for property assistance in 2019 which helped to achieve 13 bookings worth 8.45 Crs for FY 2019-20. Due to the pandemic we could not continue this experiment and had to dissolve the team Reference drive achieved INR 82 Crores annually. Introduction of new concept Team DNA (Developing New Attitude) Lead scoring and propensity modeling Data enrichment for 360-degree approach to enable cross selling Developed a method for early identification and intervention with tools to build efficiency of Non-performing Sales Executives.
