Over the years, be it at Sanofi or Lilly, I have had the chance to do this meaningful work with wise and kind colleagues. Their guiding hand and colleagueship have helped me garner a little wisdom of my own for which I am very grateful. I am lucky to be raised by parents who took pride (and still do) in keeping things simple and down to ‘first principles.’ I live in Lexington, MA – I am a proud husband and proud father to two terrific girls. I grew up in Mumbai, India which makes me genetically conditioned to not like Boston winters. Meditation has helped me in ways I didn't imagine. I still follow cricket (perhaps a tad too closely), coach U9 soccer (go Sharks!) and continue to work hard on my erratic tennis serve.
