  Having worked in the medical field for 4 years in London, I took this experience and used it in my teaching. I have been in education for 20 years, during which I have had outstanding results at GCSE, AS and A level Chemistry. This has involved working with students from all backgrounds and language levels. I am Currently part of the Senior Leadership Team, with responsibility for timetable, staffing needs, results and tracking, internal examination schedules, cover, options for Years 9 & 11, working with and line managing HoDs, facilitating faculty meetings and supporting the DoS and Head of upper school, in addition to supporting students and colleagues. I have since 2019 moved into a role that is Head of Coaching and staff development in addition to the other roles I am responsible for. Supporting teachers to achieve their goals and facilitating and leading CPD has been extremely rewarding and I am continuing to develop this part of the role.
