  I am very passionate about Podiatric Medicine and all aspects of academia associated with MSK and Podiatric surgery. I have been lucky enough to have presented lectures at various conferences and CPD events. In September 2016, I completed a systematic review through my Masters degree and have since presented my research in different conferences, including Directorate of Podiatric Medicine 2017, College of Podiatry 2017 and Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow 2018. Other presentations I have given include 'Biomechanics and conservative management of Heel pain' and ‘Management of Musculoskeletal conditions’. My most successful lecture was ‘Sagittal Plane Limitation in the 1st MTP’ presented to Podiatrists, Physiotherapists and Orthopaedic surgeons between 2014 and 2017. I have recently been offered a role as Honorary Research Assistant, where I intend to complete my doctorate research. In January 2014, I presented a lecture on Management of DVT at the southern deanery Podiatric surgery study day. Also, in December 2013 I spoke to a group of practitioners in Berkshire, I presented my experiences as a Masters student in Podiatric surgery and how my podiatric surgery training had developed. Alongside lecturing and talks, I published an ‘article’ in the Podiatry Now. It reported experiences of the 1st annual Podiatric surgery conference run by the Directorate of Podiatric surgery. I have also published a clinical expert opinion paper in local magazine/journal about routine podiatry treatment for the general public. My current role in the NHS is Clinical Biomechanics Lead, assessing and treating complicated podiatric cases relating to Biomechanics and the importance of foot function for people affected by MSK injury, dysfunction or disease. Role also includes training clinicians in the department to develop and upskill their musculoskeletal knowledge. Other aspect of my role includes completing operational duties such as formulating pathways, care plans and policies, completing clinical audits and service development. Outside my NHS role and doctorate study, I run a private practice based in South Kensington, and am the director of this company, Kensington Podiatry St Georges University Hospitals Nhs Foundation Trust
