As an Account Delivery Manager for Hewlett Packard Enterprise Business Continuity Services, I managed Services Delivery for all major clients who subscribed to IT Recovery Services, Data Centre Hosting and Office Work Area Recovery Services. Managing multiple Data Centre Recovery sites in the Sydney metropolitan area for all shared and dedicated subscription customers, meant that I was also responsible for managing IT Infrastructure assets, operation budgets, all external vendors, suppliers, HPE internal stakeholders, and the Infrastructure Delivery Operations Teams in the delivery of services to HPE Business Continuity Services to these clients, while working closely with our business development team in the capacity of presales consultant to win new business opportunities and expand revenues in existing client contracts. Throughout my time at HPE I have worked on various IT Infrastructure and Data Centre projects, and have had the opportunity to formulate and implement strategic operations plans, such as IT Infrastructure consolidation & transformation, data centre relocation and cost saving projects. Which I have successfully delivered within budget, and achieved significant ongoing operational savings while ensuring no impact to production operations and client services. Working with various clients and stakeholders has taught me the importance of developing soft skills to deal with crisis situations, client incidents and problem management. Learning to work with many different personalities and competing interests in a pragmatic and professional manner has enabled me to deliver customer-focused solutions time and time again.
