As a recitalist, Alexandra has performed at the Portsmouth Festivities, the Chelsea Schubert Festival, the National Gallery in London and the Usher Hall in Edinburgh. She has also appeared twice as a soloist with the Band and Orchestra of HM Royal Marines. Her recent operatic roles in venues such as the King's Head Theatre, Islington, include the roles of Belinda, 'Dido & Aeneas'; Plaintiff, 'Trial by Jury'; Dew Fairy, 'Hansel and Gretel'; Le Feu, 'L'enfant et les sortileges' and Monica, 'The Medium'. In 2014, Alexandra performed the role of Princess Sabia at the world premiere of Malcolm Archer's work, 'St. George & The Dragon'. As an ensemble singer, Alexandra deputises regularly with the choir of St. Bride’s Church, Fleet Street and features on their recent CD 'The Spirit of Christmas'. Alexandra is also a lover of jazz, and has performed at the Pigalle Club, Piccadilly and the Kensington Roof Gardens. She is delighted to work for the charity 'Lost Chord', presenting recitals to dementia patients in care homes across the UK with pianist, Nicki Rose.
