In this role, I oversee the conceptualisation, establishment & implementation of strategy to stakeholders based on clear business goals. Through better utilisation of resources, region harmonisation was achieved thereby ensuring a consistent & efficient output. Blessed to work with Facility team in 2019 and at this present stage, I am involved in the midterm strategic management initiatives across all levels of wonderful team, to enhance region resource efficiency & competency with growth in the areas of service and supply chain.
