Acted as liaison between employees and immigration law firms. - Partnered with finance in processing of new hires, compensation and organizational changes, benefits information, paid time off, and updating personal information. - Assisted in management of performance reviews, required HR trainings, employment verifications, background checks, EEO-1 reporting, and maintenance of personnel files. - Recruiting Coordinator for Director of Talent and recruiting staff. - Managed new employee onboarding and all onsite perks. - Partnered with SVP, Strategic Account Management and different subject matter experts to assist management of our internal training program, “Switchfly Academy.”. - Worked alongside the Finance team processing accounts payable and expense reports. - Assisted the Talent team with phone screens and onsites for candidates. - Managed the office, including office supplies, lunches, and events. - Partnered with the CMO to assist in social media and marketing efforts. - Helped the HR Coordinator with new hires and onboarding.Responsible for the management of a 3-location, 25-employee bicycle sales and service operation, generating over $500k in annual sales. Responsibilities included: - Hired, trained, and supervised all company employees. - Payroll, payables, receivables, and other financial management. - Supervised promotional efforts and customer services. - Managed inventory and POS system across three locations. - Supervised all retail and repair operations, including opening and closing the stores. - Designed and implemented social media marketing campaigns. - Co-sponsored ASUCD legislation for funding of two new locations. - Created and implemented educational outreach programs. - Directed sales of bicycles, parts, and accessories.Created an extensive marketing plan for a green technology company involved in the production of a hydrogen fuel cell. Assisted with a presentation of the product, as well as researched potential markets and business partners.
