Review Vendor documents. Raise Technical Clarifications to Client/Company. Furthermore, having additional experiences on fabrication engineering i.e. studying the preferred methods of erecting/assembling offshore structures and performing analysis to determine that they shall be within design criteria, prepare engineering procedures (lifting, loadout, weighing, mooring) etc., for both fixed and FPSO structures (topsides) Having extensive experience on design and detailing of Skid shoes used for Floatover operations of heavy topsides. Responsible for the design and workability of skid shoes for topsides in range of 15000MT to 32000MT which held a Guinness Record for heaviest topside installed by Floatover methodology in Middle East region. This work has also received an in-house Bronze medal for Innovative Approach of skid shoe design (certificate attached). Responsible for leading team of Engineers in standardizing Pipe supports (Total 1300 nos) which are extensively used in offshore industry. A report for the same was generated and this act as a backup calculations for clients/companies. Familiar with offshore structure design software such as SACS 14.1, STAAD V22 UPDATE-4 and also well versed with detailing software’s such as PDMS, PDS, Tekla and AutoCAD. Npcc
