  About Andrew – I have worked in education since 2003 as a School Business Professional working closely with Head teachers, Governors and System Leaders to deliver the best outcomes for young people through the efficient and effective use of resources. Leadership and Management Coaching – as a Barefoot Coaching Trained Coach I work with Head teachers, School Business Professionals and other members of the school leadership and management team by offering a personalised programme of leadership coaching sessions. Helping leaders to develop their levels of emotional intelligence, personal effectiveness and leadership presence leveraging improved levels of employee engagement. I specialise in helping School Business Professionals develop their voice, confidence and assertiveness in an arena where they will be the only non-teaching professional at the leadership table. Governance Services – I work with school governing bodies to assist them in their strategic management of their educational institutions. I do this through the delivery of 1 -2 – 1 coaching, governance training and clerking services. Helping governing bodies to be efficient, strategically focussed and maximise their impact as volunteers in delivering school improvement. Clerks – I have a great team of governance clerks who work with me in supporting school governing boards. We work with academies and LA maintained schools including primaries secondaries and faith schools. Specialisms – I am trained in coaching, Transactional Analysis (TA) and Neuro Linguistic Planning (NLP). I offer training and coaching in the areas of stress management, career planning and employability, limiting and affirming beliefs.
