When in a call center I was instrumental in moving the department off of our old scripts and onto PowerShell. In addition, I simplified call logging by integrating it into our employee look-up script, which in turn saved time after each call. Since working as a programmer, I have continued to bring technology to users to increase efficiency and simplify their tasks in large and small ways. These include creating the option to copy/paste in some forms to save employees from having to re-type information, including type-ahead on some fields and when appropriate allowing the option for information look-up.
