Working with these team members we developed sketch plans, I created estimates, revised scopes and then quoted the works. Programs and access / close down of areas were agreed with all parties and works proceeded. Liaising with staff on the wards and building management daily all works were implemented and completed in the required timeframes with no variation to budgets – including extremely high risk medical gas works. A practical focus and an ability to think analytically and laterally, in real-business scenarios, set me apart. My need to achieve meaningful results allows me to add value in high demand position, I apply strong leadership, planning, prioritization and problem-solving skills to anticipate unplanned changes and resistance to change and responded by engaging with stakeholder groups and proposing remedial actions and by facilitating plan adjustments, managing risks and timelines to avoid delays.
