Research Associate (Grade 7): University of Aberdeen (April 2015 – August 2016) Senior researcher, part of a High Growth Spin-out Project (HGSP) funded by Scottish Enterprise to generate a spin-out company (Ripptide Pharma Ltd). Development of a technology towards bespoke cyclic peptides and their application as medicines. Contributions included: project management, commercialisation & IP, maintenance of SOPs, managing consumable budgets and controlling our on-line marketing & social media. In June 2015 I represented Ripptide Pharma Ltd. in the Converge Challenge (ranked highly in top 10).
