Andrew Morris’s Expertise I am a pianist, teacher and composer based in Herefordshire. I am Chair of Herefordshire COmposers' Workshop and MD of the Birchpole Singers. I teach piano, composition and practical musicianship at Hereford Sixth Form College and am currently available to teach online through Skype, FaceTime or Zoom. I have recently written a large scale work for violin cello clarinet and piano called Nine Faces of the Soul. This builds on connections with the Enneagram, of which I am a qualified teacher.I have also recently written a series of compositions for oboe bassoon and piano called Mandala and am currently working on a major work for solo organ inspired by the Twenty One Praises to Tara, aa seminal text of Tibetan Buddhism. I am also offering during this period of Lockdown a FB Live series called Exploring Piano Repertoire designed to inspire amateur pianists to take advantage of this special time to practise more.
