So successful was the transition that it won accolades from all stakeholders. Andrew’s principal focus was to ensure that the operational people from the courts and investigation areas had a first class facility with outstanding service. To state here that his customer focus was outstanding is an accurate reflection of his endeavours and not business jargon from me. To visit the PRESS facility and see how well organised, neat and tidy it is and to see how well the warehouse team work together is to see what Andrew has to offer.
