Workplace Values, understanding the differing value types in the workplace that serve as the standards used for judging the behaviours of both yourself and others. These workshops increase the executives’ level of self-awareness of their preferred communication style, how their behaviour affects the behaviour of other, and how this, in turn, holistically affects team performance. I am also accredited in Hogan Assessment Systems, which are a comprehensive suite of scientifically based personality assessments, development, and talent management solutions for business and industry. Using the Hogan 360, I have conducted 3600 profiling of the executive team, which benchmarks their results against global norms across 14 leadership competencies. This information is used to further improve self-awareness and direct individuals towards a higher level of self-mastery by the development of Personal Action plan that forms the basis for the initial coaching conversation.
