My responsibilities were to assist the child to learn how to reduce negative behaviors and replace them with positive behaviors based on his/her strengths, assist the parent to help build new responses to their child’s behavior and to reinforce positive changes, implement the behavioral plan and teach the behavioral plan to parent\guardian.
