He has several govt. of India sponsored projects (under execution or completed) worth INR 3.5 Cr on smart grid development, VLC-PLC system development, and UAV technology development. He is also working on a multidisciplinary research project on indigenous UAV systems funded by IIT Jammu and MeitY with funds up to the tune of INR 1.5 Cr. His research interests are in diversity combining, multi-hop transmission, physical layer security, PLC, IoT, and wireless communications.
