The University of Minnesota has provided an excellent program for me to build the practical skills for working as an engineer. I have had the opportunity to work as an intern for 3M and I have been able to get a look into the industry world and work with other professionals. I find working to solve problems with others is imperative to finding the best solution to any problem. I have gained strong lab skills and experience working on difficult projects within the company from this opportunity, and because of this I am eager to begin my career in the biomedical field.
