Also, assist in implementation of new accounting standards and reporting requirements by staying current with evolving GAAP and regulatory changes impacting the business. Prior to JP Morgan, At Genpact India (2012-2017), I was part of Treasury Accounting Group, responsible for managing Derivative, Investment, Corporate Debt & Securitisation portfolio including but not limited to accounting, month-end closing and reporting, variance analysis, balance sheet substantiation, regulatory submissions as per USGAAP. Also, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, footnotes, MD&A and disclosures for SEC, REG or statutory audits. Monthly dashboards highlighting key metrics for the team & work and proactively seeking client feedback to further improve service level standards.
