I have a strong retail background, with core competencies in customer service, sales/business intelligence, merchandising, profit protection, team leadership, and many other retail operations. These skills that I have acquired, along with the nature of the sports fashion industry, are the reason I enjoy creating a bespoke, engaging shopping experience for our customers - and also a positive, enjoyable and safe workplace for my team. My passion for being able to speak multiple languages fluently goes hand in hand with these competencies and it helps me to engage with a diverse range of customers and staff.
