Communicate effectively with branches and agency members on training-related matters and training requirements to ensure training compliance. 6. To prepare and raise payment on agent training-related expenses. 7. Perform periodic reviews on the usage of Customer Fact Find (CFF) forms by agency force to ensure compliance with the regulator’s requirement.
