There, I received my first compliment from a caregiver of a patient through Customer Service in less than a month in the hospital due to my empathy and humanity during my approach. I was a frontline Psychologist at a field hospital, where I worked in the Covid-19 ward and ICU. I noticed that everyone appreciated my performance when a satisfaction survey was carried out by the staff with 362 patients/family members. 100% declared that my work was excellent (with a classification between “excellent”, “good” or “bad”). This survey allowed me to be transferred to my current job, where I work with Perinatal Psychology. Today, I have approximately five years of experience in the health field. My mission is to help people with their deepest issues in an ethical, empathetic, responsible, non-judgmental way, and by establishing a good relationship with patients.
