We made the organization visible on campus by adopting community projects, doing fundraisers, we setup informational booths to talk to students to help them realize the value in joining our organization. Through dedicated hard work, we increased the membership and gained that memberships involvement on projects throughout the campus. Ultimately leaving the honors fraternity in a better position with its size in membership, projects to keep it visible (such as adopt a highway), and financially ready for bigger projects for the next group of officers. Throughout my working career and while obtaining my degree, I have always strived to be the best teammate, the hardest worker, and have the highest integrity. This has often led me to opportunities to train and mentor new coworkers and help students realize their potential to learn and its importance in growing individually and being successful. What I have learned in my experiences is for a team to be successful you have to increase the ability of those around you while being open to learning opportunities that increases your ability to perform.
