Barry is an experienced CFO, Company Secretary and Company Director, with an extensive understanding of corporate finance, strategic planning, corporate governance, negotiations, venture financing and the administration of complex businesses. Barry is currently the CFO with ground breaking defence technology company, Acacia Systems and he has recently relocated to London to establish Acacia's UK office. He also continues to provide financial and management consulting services in industries such as technology, defence and research.
